The first bit of news:

Kubica replaces Villeneuve for Hungary

Robert Kubica will replace Jacques Villeneuve for the Hungarian Grand Prix, after the Canadian decided to recuperate from his shunt at Hockenheim last weekend, BMW-Sauber said today.

Villeneuve crashed heavily into the tyre barrier at the start of the German Grand Prix, and while initially it did not appear that he sustained any injuries, the team said he did not feel he could resume driving so soon.

Villeneuve will be replaced by the team's third driver Kubica, who will become the first Pole to start a Formula One Grand Prix.

"Jacques has informed us that he is not ready to race after his Hockenheim accident," Theissen said in a team statement.

I wonder if we will ever see JV racing again Rolling Eyes

I hope so...I don't think they might kick him out of Formula 1 just like that, he might be crap this season, but he is Champion du Monde, and, well.. I hope he'll be racing again this season, but I have serious doubts regarding saison 2007...

And also I may have laughed very loud when I saw Nico's Williams being evacuated with Nico inside!! Laughing

They later told he was on the team radio, but I think he just didn't want to ruin his hair under the rain Wink Wink

What a race! I'm really happy that I couldn't see it live - I were dead now!

Finally, the first victory of Jenson! I'm so happy about that!

But: What did the Renault Team during Fernando's pit stopp??!! AHHH!
Anyway, he did a amazing race. But he did not finished it.. *sigh*

And stupid Kubica gives away two points and Schumi gets the last one! Evil or Very Mad
Now there are only 10 points between Alonso and Schumi.. *scared*

i'm sorry but i just stumbled upon this and i HAD to say something. I'M SO GLAD THAT JENSON WON THE RACE!! i know everyone's saying that he just won it out of luck and he only won it cause the better drivers all crashed out. but i think it was hard earned victory and being a huge jenson fan it's been very emotional. okay im starting to get corny Laughing

well Jenson was lucky and with normal conditions wouldn't have won that race but he did great job won the race and that's all that matters ...I could make a huge list about undeserved wins ...but that wouldn't change race results so there is no point Laughing
