Quote:
Due to overnight storms, there is excessive flooding at the Dubai Autodrome today where the Sprint Race of the second round of the GP2 Asia Series was to take place at 1:10pm.
Following a track inspection by the Race Directors, it was their collective view that the volume of water on the track, and the likelihood of there being any improvement during the day, would make it impossible to run any races safely.
The GP2 Series Organisation will decide on a later date how this cancelation will affect the Championship in the near future.

GP2 Asia Series has one race per month (and now a race is cancelled..) and it's badly managed... in my opinion it's not so great... but if Asian fans are happy with that, it's their matter
