yeah me three
he's definately a star of the future so it wouldn't be a huge disappointment if he didn't win this year
but nevertheless, theres still hope for him _________________ YAY FOR FORMULA 1!!! |

Agreed with all ofthe above! Vettel is a potential champion, but this year he is just runnign out of races to do it. Jenson should snatch it, in theory but it could be exciting to if we are all wrong and we could get a surprise winner!! _________________

HOHO.
At least Rubens still has a chance.
I think Button would be the weakest winner of this decade. The feeling is generalized, shame on Spanish race when Rubens' victory was clearly stripped.
Qualifying has been... embarrasing? Ok, I can understand that it was impossible in certain moments to drive, but I think they could have started much earlier. We are talking about top world drivers, if you can't drive in... 1,25, drive in 1,30.
Our car was prepared for dry conditions, neither Heikki nor Lewis could do more, besides that, KERS isn't as useful as in dry conditions (Well, it's almost useless indeed) so the result can be even considered as good .
I hope we can get a pair of points tomorrow to mantain the options for the 3rd place in WCC. Unfortunately Kimi starts 5th.
By the way, Heikki was very happy today, really nice to see Mrs Hyde smiling inside McLaren-Mercedes box. I hope it will happen in 2010. |

We have a winner!
A technical detail marked the championship clearly, but he hasn't made mistakes, today he has been very agressive and he is the one with more points, so nothing can be said. Congratulations to him and to his team which has achieved the WCC.
Very nice race today, posibly the best one this year! A lot of excitement on the track with driving of high quality by some of the 'contestans' taking part on the race.
Hey, we move now to 3rd position in WCC; what a race made by Hamilton, from 17th to 3rd just because of the speed, not because 'lucky' factors, and shame on pits mistake when Heikki lost some fuel laps. I am sure he would have been at least 6th or 7th, and those points would have been extremely useful. But that's F1!
Please Heikki, we have the chance in Abu Dhabi to finish 3rd, don't be so unlucky this time! Today you had the pace, and Abu Dhabi has very few high speed corners and that fits our car, so with those points I hope you can also finish in the top-10 at the end. You deserve it. |

Well done Button!
Did you hear him singing on the team radio? I wonder if I can get that as a sound byte for my phone
As for Kobayashi, he did do quite well on his debut, but I'm very suprised he didn't get penalities for moving about in braking zones like Jenson complained of and then the weaving that caused Nakajima's accident. It was unsafe and silly and debut or not it's against the rules.
And the pit stop fuel hose drama... I'm going to miss moments like that next year. I have watched the replays several times, and it was the lollypop guys fault, he wanted to get Heikki out in front of Kimi but the fuel hose was still on - not Heikki's fault. I suppose the penalty added to his time really didn't make any difference but it wasn't his fault. He doesn't watch the fuel hose, he watches the lollypop. The team deserved the fine though.
Once again WELL DONE BUTTON! Thanks for an exciting race and proving almost everyone wrong with your 'champion's drive'.
Almost makes Abu Dhabi in two weeks seem redundant doesn't it? _________________ Mini: 'How dare you go out when Monaco is on?!'
