I saw Petrov in St.Petersburg two years ago, in local Lada Revolution Cup, qualification after rain, and he was absolute spectacular, his car was all over the place and what? He has got the pole!!!
And he could take a part in a first-corner mess, became last and after that finished on podium.... Well, competitors was not top-world-class, of course, but he is great, and ... PETROV!!! PETROV!!! PETROV!!! VYBORG ROCKET is his nick-name)
StijnVSB, why do you like him? |

dunno, he seemed pretty quick but I think he's pushing a bit tooo hard. I hope he starts to drive in a more controlled way and he'll be much faster :p _________________ Stijn Vansteenbrugge

I think it's not the safety (but it is for sure), and he was just LUCKY |

Vitaly petrov of Russia has just won in Valencia!!! According to Autosport, his win is the biggest success of a Russian on the international motorracing scene!!!! I haven't seen the race live (thank you, Eurosport!! ), but it must have benn totally bizarre!
