and then upload the image you want, then keep everything the same EXCEPT where it says 'Resize' go to Website/Email (320x240) - (to make it the right size) then click 'Upload Now' then copy&paste the code/URL where it says 'Forums & Message Boards' - and then put that code/URL in your signature box.
